PRIMAORDIA.AI LEGAL
LEGAL, TERMS & AI DISCLAIMER
Last updated: 9 August 2026
These terms govern access to Primaordia.ai. They also explain the important limitations of AI-generated material and how information is handled when you use the service.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using Primaordia.ai, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
2. The service
Primaordia.ai provides one interface for accessing AI models supplied by Prima Ordia and third-party model providers. Models, routing, features, response speeds and availability may change. A model shown as unavailable or “coming soon” is not part of the current service.
3. Accounts and security
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Guest use, credits and usage limits
Guest prompts, free credits and paid credits are usage allowances, not stored money. Credits may have different values for different models, reset at the interval shown in the product and do not roll over unless expressly stated. Limits protect service reliability and control supplier costs. Attempts to evade limits, automate abusive traffic or create duplicate accounts to obtain extra free usage are prohibited.
5. Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance at the price and billing interval displayed before checkout. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated promotional period; the standard price shown at checkout applies afterwards. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the account dashboard and Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by applicable consumer law or expressly stated at checkout, fees already charged are non-refundable. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, refund or other consumer rights that apply to you.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, exploitation, malware, credential theft, privacy violations, attempts to bypass safeguards or activity prohibited by an applicable model provider. You must review outputs before using or publishing them and ensure you have the rights and permissions needed for any material you submit.
7. Your content
You retain the rights you have in prompts and other material you submit. You grant Prima Ordia a limited permission to process that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Prompts are sent to the selected or automatically routed AI provider to generate a response. Do not submit confidential, regulated or sensitive personal information unless you have assessed the relevant risks and are authorised to do so.
Image upload and analysis are available to signed-in free and paid accounts. Image generation and editing are paid features and use the credits, monthly image-action allowance and supplier-cost limit shown for the applicable plan. Source and output images are not currently saved to Prima Ordia chat history. You are responsible for downloading any generated or edited image you wish to keep before refreshing or leaving the page.
8. Third-party services
Authentication, payments, hosting, analytics, referrals and AI responses may rely on third parties. Their availability and lawful terms may also apply to your use. Prima Ordia is not responsible for an external service outside its reasonable control, but this does not limit responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
Prima Ordia names, branding, interface, code and original materials are owned by Prima Ordia or its licensors. Third-party model names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or ownership.
10. Availability, suspension and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, providers or the platform, to comply with law, or in response to a material breach. We may update these terms and will post the revised date. Material changes affecting paid users will be communicated where reasonably required.
11. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care, subject to the AI limitations below. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prima Ordia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or decisions made solely from AI output. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability for fraud.
12. Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and cancel paid renewal through the account dashboard. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment, subject to applicable law.
AI Disclaimer
Prima Ordia AI is still being perfected. AI systems generate probabilistic responses and can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsuitable or fabricated material. Outputs may not reflect the most recent information even when web tools are available.
- Verify important facts, quotations, calculations, citations and code independently.
- Do not rely on an AI response as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice.
- Use appropriate human review before making decisions that affect rights, safety, employment, credit, health or significant finances.
- Test generated code and files safely before using them in production.
- Do not enter passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details or private API keys into a prompt.
You remain responsible for how you use, verify and share AI-generated material.
Privacy Notice
Information processed
Primaordia.ai may process account identifiers and email addresses, subscription and payment-status metadata, support messages, referral information, security and device data, and AI usage metadata such as model, provider, token counts, request identifiers, cost estimates, success state and error codes.
Prompts and AI responses
Prompts and the available messages from the active conversation are transmitted to the selected or automatically routed AI provider so it can generate a context-aware response. Active-conversation continuity is enabled by default and works independently of the language used. Signed-in users' text conversations are saved to their private account history so they can reopen them; users can delete an individual conversation or all chat history. The separate usage ledger records operational metadata such as provider, tokens and cost. The relevant AI provider may process or retain submitted material under its own terms and privacy policy. The model/provider displayed in the interface may identify that third party.
Prima Memory and Personal Intelligence
Prima Memory is enabled by default for signed-in accounts. Long-term memories are separate from complete chat transcripts and may include user-added preferences, goals, projects, events, relationships or other context. Prima selects a limited relevant subset for a request and sends that context to the selected or automatically routed AI provider. Users can turn memory recall off, review and edit memories, permanently delete one or all memories, and export current Personal Intelligence settings and memories as JSON.
Sensitive memory is off by default and requires a separate user control. Credentials, authentication secrets, payment-card data, private keys and government identifiers must not be stored as Prima memories. Turning memory recall off does not delete existing memories; deletion controls are provided separately.
Images and provider processing
Uploaded images, image-editing sources and generation instructions are transmitted to the selected AI provider so that provider can analyse, generate or edit the image. Browser-only storage does not mean the provider never receives the material: the selected AI must process it. Prima Ordia does not currently add source or output image files to saved chat history; previews remain in the current browser page and may be lost when the page is refreshed or closed.
OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default. OpenAI also states that abuse-monitoring logs may contain prompts and responses and are normally retained for up to 30 days, with longer retention in limited legal or safety circumstances. Image and file inputs may be scanned for child-safety purposes and potential matches may be retained for manual review. Other connected AI providers have their own privacy, data-use and retention policies. Users should review the policy of the provider displayed for their request before submitting confidential, regulated or sensitive material.
Purposes
Information is used to create and secure accounts, deliver AI responses, enforce usage limits, administer subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, attribute referrals, monitor reliability and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Relevant information may be processed by suppliers used for authentication and database services, payment processing, hosting, support, referral attribution and the AI model selected for a request. Prima Ordia does not sell personal information.
Google sign-in data
If you choose Sign in with Google, Prima Ordia receives the basic account information that Google shows on its consent screen, such as your email address, name and profile picture. Prima Ordia uses this information only to create or identify your account, keep you signed in and protect the service. It is not used to access Gmail, Google Drive or other Google content, and it is not sold. Google sign-in information may be processed by the authentication and hosting suppliers needed to provide and secure your Prima Ordia account.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies and local browser storage support secure authentication, fraud prevention, account continuity and saved theme or consent choices. The Google tag uses Consent Mode with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Before consent, Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals; analytics cookies are not stored. If you consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and limited product events such as the first AI prompt in a browser session, account creation, pricing-page views, support opening and support-message sending. Prompt text, support-message content and account email addresses are not included in those analytics events. Optional Rewardful referral technology attributes eligible affiliate introductions and loads only after consent. Declining does not prevent you from using the workspace or purchasing a plan. You can change your choice below. Google describes how it processes information from sites that use its services in its partner-sites notice.
Retention and rights
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, accounting and legal requirements. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Some records must be retained where legally required or needed to establish, exercise or defend claims. Deleting Prima memory hard-deletes that memory content from the active application database; it does not delete separate chat history, usage or billing records.
International processing
Service and AI providers may process data in other countries. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used for international transfers.
