Prima Ordia gives you practical control over your account, conversations and optional analytics while being clear about when an AI provider must process your request.

Account protection

Secure authentication

Accounts use Supabase authentication with secure session cookies. Google sign-in is available where configured, and password-reset links are time limited. Prima Ordia never asks you to place a password, authentication code or private API key in an AI prompt.

Protected application routes

Account history, Personal Intelligence settings, billing details and administrative functions require authenticated access. Sensitive server credentials are kept outside browser-delivered code.

What happens to an AI prompt

Your prompt and the limited conversation context required for an answer are sent over HTTPS to the model provider selected in the workspace, or to the provider chosen by Prima Auto. The selected model is visible before you submit.

Do not submit passwords, full payment-card data, private keys, government identifiers or information you are not authorised to process. Important outputs still require human review because AI systems can be inaccurate.

Controls you can use

Delete individual conversations or all saved chat history from your account.
Review, edit or delete long-term memories in Personal Intelligence.
Turn memory recall off without deleting the memories you choose to retain.
Use the guest trial without creating an account; guest chats are not added to account history.
Decline optional analytics and referral tracking without losing access to the product.

Payments and billing

Subscription checkout and the billing portal are provided by Stripe. Prima Ordia receives subscription and payment-status information needed to manage access, but payment-card details are entered into Stripe's hosted payment flow rather than the AI workspace.

Verify consequential facts, citations, calculations and code independently. Prima Ordia is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, tax or crisis support. Report a suspected account or security problem promptly to email@primaordia.org.
